Who is the multi-site scan for?

For organisations that want to know the potential of solar energy for a larger number of properties that they either own or use. Combined with a strategy to execute the projects.
For example:

  • Commercial Real Estate Owners that own multiple buildings, such as office buildings, retail, workplaces and such. All with different tenants
  • A retail organisation that rents multiple locations and logistical centres, all from different owners

We compiled multi-site scans for a wide range of organisations and the reports differed from 4 – to up to 25 sites per report.

 

What is a multi-site scan?

In collaboration with our client, we engage in discussions to define the scope of the report and determine the included sites. For each site, we will request specific information to conduct our research effectively. A report will be sent including:
  • A management summary
  • Overview of all buildings and KPIs
  • An elaboration on all technical, legal, organisational and financial aspects related to the investment in solar panels
  • Overview and background on the energy market and solar energy in the UK
  • Breakdown of all related costs at the start and during the lifespan
  • A slide per site with: –  A preliminary design of the solar panels on the roof(s) –  Technical KPIs: number of solar panels, kWhs produced, CAPEX and OPEX –  Financial KPIs: CAPEX, OPEX, income, savings, cash flow, IRR, ROI, NPV, Payback, DSCR and others –  Technical, organisational and legal challenges
  • A strategy to execute the projects from hereon including a time path

We present and review the report with our client, offering a well-defined strategy or action plan as needed. Following this, we are eager to provide a project management proposal and assist in the execution of the projects.
