Based on a step-by-step plan, we guide renewable energy investment from A to Z: from early risk assessment and tender management through execution oversight, commissioning, and handover. We manage delivery to keep outcomes aligned with the approved business case.
We offer this service for a fixed price based on the size and complexity of the roof and installation in question.
When supervising the execution, we first check possible show-stoppers, so that you do not incur high costs before you are certain that the installation is technically possible. This includes:
- Structural integrity
- Export capability
- Planning constraints
- Insurer requirements
- Roof dilapidation and life expectancy
We include any additional costs for adjustments to construction, roofing, or insurance in an update of your business case.
We request quotes from installers, and your own preferred party can of course also register. We advise independently and do not accept compensation from installers. Because we carry out many tenders, we are well informed about prices and quality, which means that we can often easily recoup our consultancy costs for you.
We help you choose the most suitable installer and then supervise execution by the chosen installer. After completion, we have the installation checked by an independent party with a scope-12 inspection and, if desired, we also carry out a further technical check ourselves.
