In our most recent work, we compiled a portfolio scan for Lloyds Banking Group for their local branches across the United Kingdom.
What is a portfolio scan?
- Based on criteria provided by the client, for example postal code areas, specific addresses, or addresses with a certain roof size, we compile a report with the results of the approach for the relevant locations.
- This report contains the total investment, the potential for energy generation and CO2 savings, and the return to be achieved on these investments with the payback period. We also zoom in on the most important locations.
- The report is accompanied by a list of all locations with details per building, including contact details of the organisations.
- We present the report and overview of the locations to our client, supplemented with a clear strategy or action plan.

- The portfolio scan indicates the potential of renewable energy investment across an entire area or organisation, with a concrete implementation plan and an action list for the largest locations.
