Kees has been part of Praeter as managing partner since 2019, where he and others are responsible for sales, the organization of our services, personnel and finance and financing. Before Praeter, Kees worked for 28 years as a manager and managing director of companies and divisions in multinationals (Unilever, Hunter Douglas and AkzoNobel) in the Netherlands, various European countries and China. Over the past seven years, Kees has also been active as a founder and supervisor of start-ups and family businesses in their growth phase.

In his spare time, Kees enjoys playing football, cycling, skiing and as a football referee. He is also active as a volunteer and director of trade organisations and sports clubs, and he enjoys reading literature in anthropology and economics.
